Evergreen Brick Works Engagement Photography | Priscilla & Keith

Priscilla & Keith chose the Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto as the setting for their urban engagement photos.  The Brick Works used to be called The Don Valley Brick Works, and also used to be crumbling away.  Over the last couple years, it has been restored, very much like the Distillery District.  Now people can explore the Brick Works and there are literally hundreds of spots to shoot engagement photos.  Which makes it such a great location for all kinds of photography!

We were shooting on a rainy night, so we stayed covered inside for a while, but made great use of some large rain puddles that had formed.  I am loving reflections right now, and look for them wherever I can find them!

These two were so great and so in love.  You can just see it.  Also, we seriously have the best clients…Me: “By any chance can you guys please run through this rain puddle and splash water everywhere?”  Priscilla & Keith: “Sure!” … seriously, the best.

Thank you to you both for making your engagement photography so fun and unique.  I’ve wanted to achieve rainy day engagement photos like this for a long time and you helped me do that.  Justin and I can’t wait for your wedding day this summer!

Cheers,
Lisa
