My Mom’s Birthday Party | Family

Now and then I like to share some of my own personal photos with you guys.  On April 20th we celebrated my Mom’s birthday this year with dinner at Jack Astor’s, and my little brother James danced around for my camera after dinner!  James is four and a half years old, and is a total clown.  He had us laughing hard while dancing around outside the restaurant for me to take pics.

I shot these at a super high ISO, and I must say that I am LOVING the low noise the Nikon D3S offers.  It’s truly revolutionary!  I can do things with low light that I’ve never done before.  For my fellow photo-geeks out there, the images taken outside were shot at 4000 ISO.  The indoor images were shot at 2500 ISO.  Ahhhhhmazing!
