Steve’s an Easy Rider

Okay, I’ve been meaning to do this shoot for a looooooong time.  Steve is my Step-Dad and he has this ultra-cool motorcycle, so we decided to do some bad-ass portraits of him with his beauty.  Of course my Mom and little brother James were hanging around and helping out, so I grabbed a few fun shots of them as well. These were taken on a street in Hamilton, for those who are curious about the location.  I specifically shot these just before sunset to get that gorgeous late day sun, which adds a lot of drama to these portraits.

This series of portraits are a great example of how you can have several different looks or moods within one session, depending on the retouching I use…observe:

There was also some street construction going on beside the house, and James LOVES big machines like these, so I thought it would be fun to have him pose with the machine for a few snaps.  The first one’s with Mom:

Remember guys, Summer’s here now but it won’t be for long.  Before you know it, Fall will be upon us here in the GTA, and then Winter, so get out and enjoy the Summer while it’s hanging around!
