~* Learn how to shoot beautiful portraiture with Lisa Mark *~
COST: $75 (due on day of workshop)
TIME: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (approx. timing)
LOCATION: Vintage Loft Studio in Toronto (Keele & St. Clair)

A few girls on the FrugalBride.com forum who have an interest in photography contacted me with interest in learning more, and so I will be instructing an Introduction to Photography workshop on Sat. November 8th in Toronto!
It’s going to be BYOC (Bring Your Own Camera!) and I will begin the workshop by teaching you the basics of your camera (ISO, balancing exposure, your f-stop vs. shutter speed, etc.) and then we will move on to portraiture lighting and posing, and I’ll show you just how I shoot my portraits.
The session is being held in the same studio I often shoot my boudoir work in (a gorgeous loft with huge windows), and I plan to have the participants pose for eachother while they practice their portraiture skills.
Also, all skill levels are welcome to this workshop as I can cater to each person to ensure that everyone gets some valuable knowledge from the workshop.
If you are interested in attending, the cost is $75 per person and that covers admission, the workshop and I’ll have some refreshments on hand also. This fee also covers the rental of our studio for the afternoon.
Kindly let me know if you have any questions regarding the workshop, and contact me via e-mail at lisa@lisamarkphotography.com if you are interested in attending!
I look forward to instructing this workshop and hope that I get to meet some awesome people!![]()

Greta - Dear Lisa
My name is Greta and I am a beginner in photography who has been playing around with my camera for about 5 months now. My interest is portrait and wedding photography. I would like to enroll in a photography workshop by you. Just wondering if you will be offering any courses during May 2010 as that is when I will return to Toronto home for a visit. Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards
Greta
admin - Hi Greta,
Thanks for your note – I’m not currently planning any workshops in the near future but if I do plan any they will be announced on the blog.
